1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "999rt", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the Platform, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates.
• "Player", "You", "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses the Platform, or uses our services.
• "Account" means the personal user account created by a Player to access the Platform's services, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds available in your Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a game, sports event, or other gaming activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the verification process requiring Players to provide identification documents to confirm their identity, age, and address.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) refers to the theoretical percentage of total wagered money a game returns to players over time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register and use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Indonesian legal requirements for participation in gambling activities.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded or banned from gambling activities by any regulatory authority or gambling operator.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an Account on 999rt, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations, or attempts to circumvent this restriction will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Keep your Account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Complete the KYC verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification (KTP or passport), proof of address, and selfie verification within 30 days of registration or before your first withdrawal, whichever comes first.

2.3 Legal Responsibility and Compliance

999rt operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. While we take compliance seriously, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gambling complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Indonesia's gambling laws are complex and subject to interpretation. By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have consulted with legal counsel if necessary and assume full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your participation.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Your Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or services.
• Never sharing your password, username, or account access with any third party, including family members, friends, or customer service representatives claiming to need this information.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notifying 999rt if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
• Ensuring that your registered email address and phone number remain active and under your sole control, as these are used for account recovery and security notifications.

3.2 Liability for Unauthorized Access

999rt is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to maintain Account security. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via email at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account to prevent further unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999rt supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions and Requirements

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• You may only deposit funds that you legally own and have the right to use for gambling purposes.
• We reserve the right to request proof of payment ownership and source of funds as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Currency for all transactions is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and conversion fees may apply.

4.3 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, 999rt allows you to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, these limits cannot be increased for 24 hours to provide a cooling-off period. Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately. 5. Withdrawals and Verification

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your KYC documents.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 6-24 hours for verified accounts. VIP members receive expedited processing (2-12 hours).
• Any active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements must be forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed, or the bonus amount will be deducted from your withdrawal.

5.2 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

999rt is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. As part of our AML procedures:

• We reserve the right to request additional documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time.
• Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before they can be withdrawn. This requirement prevents the Platform from being used as a money transfer service.
• Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns, large transactions, or suspicious activity may trigger enhanced due diligence and result in temporary holds on your Account while we investigate.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities investigating financial crimes.

5.3 Withdrawal Delays and Disputes

While we strive to process all withdrawals promptly, certain circumstances may result in delays:

• Incomplete or unclear KYC documentation requiring resubmission
• Suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms
• Technical issues with payment processors or banking systems
• Enhanced due diligence reviews for large withdrawals or unusual account activity

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact our support team for an update. We will investigate and provide an explanation for the delay.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

999rt offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 30x) before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available only to verified Accounts in good standing. Duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Expiration: Bonuses have validity periods (e.g., 30 days). Unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements expire after this period, and bonus funds are removed from your Account.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits (typically Rp 50,000 per spin/hand) apply. Exceeding these limits may void your bonus and winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20%. Check each bonus's terms for game contribution rates.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

999rt reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions on promotions
• Exploiting software errors or game malfunctions to gain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players or coordinated betting patterns designed to manipulate bonus terms
• Irregular betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play

We employ advanced fraud detection systems and manual reviews to identify bonus abuse. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final and at our sole discretion.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Principles

• All bets are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirmation. We do not cancel or reverse bets due to player error unless a technical malfunction occurred on our end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed for each game and may vary by game type, player VIP tier, and promotion participation.
• In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or display error showing incorrect odds or results, 999rt reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Sports betting rules, including settlement procedures, dead heat rules, and postponed events, are governed by our detailed Sportsbook Rules (available in your Account under Help & Rules).

7.2 Casino Games and RTP

All casino games on 999rt use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP percentages are published for each game and represent long-term theoretical returns. Short-term results may vary significantly due to variance. Slots typically have RTPs ranging from 92-98%, table games from 94-99.5%, depending on the specific game and rules.

7.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are broadcast from professional studios with real human dealers. All live game results are determined by physical actions (card dealing, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) captured on camera and are not subject to RNG. Video feeds are streamed in real-time, and technical interruptions may occasionally occur. In the event of a stream disconnection, the game continues, and results are determined based on the dealer's actions. Your bets remain valid even if you lose connection.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999rt Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or gamble if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one Account per person to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false information, using another person's identity, or submitting fraudulent documents during registration or verification.
• Payment Fraud: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, e-wallets, or other payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, sharing Account information, or using software/bots to automate betting.
• Exploiting Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or display errors for personal gain.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discrimination toward other players or our staff in chat, support communications, or any Platform feature.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your location or access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

999rt employs sophisticated monitoring tools, manual reviews, and cooperation with industry fraud databases to detect and prevent prohibited activities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, conduct investigations, and withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of fraud reviews.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

999rt strives to provide continuous, uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, server issues, or technical problems
• Loss of connectivity due to your internet service provider or network issues
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Third-party service failures including payment processor downtime or banking system delays

9.2 Financial Liability

Your use of 999rt is at your own risk. We are not liable for any financial losses you incur while gambling. You acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves financial risk, and there is no guarantee of winning.
• You are responsible for managing your bankroll and gambling within your means.
• Past results do not predict future outcomes, and you should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999rt's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

9.3 Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, game providers, or payment processors. 999rt is not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by 999rt

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• You fail to complete KYC verification within required timeframes
• You engage in prohibited activities or bonus abuse
• We are required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive

In the event of Account suspension, we will investigate the circumstances. If the suspension is upheld, any remaining Balance may be forfeited. If the suspension is lifted, your Account will be restored with your Balance intact (minus any forfeited bonuses).

10.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, withdraw any remaining Balance. If you are concerned about problem gambling, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion feature (see our Responsible Gaming page for details). Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once self-excluded, you cannot reopen your Account or create a new Account during the exclusion period.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. We may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant Accounts with a remaining Balance to cover administrative costs. Dormant account fees are deducted monthly until the Balance is depleted or you reactivate your Account by logging in. To avoid dormancy fees, log into your Account at least once per year or withdraw your Balance before extended absences.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999rt holds its gaming license. Any legal proceedings arising from disputes related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, our services, or any transaction, please follow this resolution process:

1. Contact Customer Support: Email our support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint, relevant Account information, and supporting documentation.
2. Internal Review: Our customer service team will investigate your complaint and respond within 5 business days with a resolution or explanation.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to a senior manager for further review.
4. Final Decision: Management's decision following the escalation review is final and binding. We will communicate the final decision in writing via email.

11.3 Arbitration

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing this Agreement. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
